Q: I can't seem to get to the chat room! What's up with that?
A: That is because I have not gotten one yet. I am getting one soon though...
Q: Well do you at least have a message board?
A: Yes I do. Click the link on the site navigation menu.
Q: I got "Page cannot be displayed" and then a bunch of text. What do I do?
A: That means the link is bad. Please E-mail me at [email protected] and report and broken links. Other than that, the site is probably down due to the provider.
Q: I got a "404" error. What does that mean? (Probably on the guitar tab section)
A: That means your ISP is crappy or the server on my site/the link on it is down.
Q: What do I do if the site does not work?
A: Never fear, the backup is here: http://www.geocities.com/petrafied_net that is the MIRROR site.
Q: Why can't I get into the Petra games room?!?
A: You need a user name and password! E-mail me at [email protected] to get a free one. If your forgot it, please e-mail me and I will help you.
Q: Why is you discography/players section have a mistake in it? (E.G. If I accidentally said Bob Hartman played on God Fixation or I said John Lawry played from 1981-1983)
A; Hey, we are all human and we all make mistakes, so if I happened to make a mistake, please e-mail me (of course) at [email protected] and tell me the problem so I can fix it. (NOTE: Those are not actual mistakes.) ;)
Q: Why can't I download anything?
A: Your network may not allow downloading OR the download link is broken. E-mail me at [email protected] and tell me which file won't download and I'll fix it.
Q: Why do some of the pictures not show up on the site?
A: You know something, that is a mystery that has plagued all my sites for years and I can't seem to figure out why some of my pictures don't load. Sometimes just hitting refresh or right clicking the picture that doesn't work and click "Show Picture" works but other times the web hosting provider I am using is being a jerk again and not allowing me to have enough bandwidth.
Q: Why is this site so slow!
A: You must have a bad modem or you are just having a bad internet connection day. Or... your computer just plain sucks. ;)
